Project complexity highly influences on the cost of works. If you wish to have mosaic tile instead of ordinary one, or stucco molding on the ceiling, lots of complex ceilings or other elements – this will always cause additional expenses. Our prices are practically the same as the average on the market.
Economy level renovations (no fancies)
As a rule, there is a laminated flooring, linoleum or tile on the floor. Walls and ceilings are painted or paper-hanged. Tile on the walls has simple ornament. Practically no built-in elements or expensive finish materials.

Standard level renovations
With the use of parquet plank and the elements of mosaic and modular parquet. Ornament and decorated tile. Decorative coating on the walls and ceiling. Built-in elements and stucco molding (not too much).

A lot of custom-made materials. Massive parquet plank on the floor, single-piece and in-laid parquet (different species of wood). Mosaic and decorative elements in the tiling. Decorative coatings, painting, custom-made wallpapers and coverings, stucco molding. Expensive finish materials, plumbing fixtures and lights.

It often seems impossible to classify the level of the object. In this case the cost of renovations is calculated by the thorough cost account and on the basis of personal agreement.

Cost account for dividing walls and pre-construction activities can be done after the project of re-planning is confirmed by the customer. The same corresponds to the cottage building.
